Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam Salter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Delightful Panda! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Panda forces Salter back against the cage and clinches. Panda prevents a takedown attempt there.
Salter changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Panda fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Panda closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Panda lands in his opponent's guard. Salter keeping moving, preventing Panda from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salter keeping full guard, as Panda tries to pass. Panda trying to control the position from guard on top but Salter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Panda stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Salter swivels though and keeps the full guard. Panda looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Panda trying to control but Salter is working from the bottom. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Panda being controlled here momentarily.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Panda defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Salter. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sam Salter. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fight moves into the clinch position. Panda ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Panda no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

No, Salter has managed to get both his arms back between Panda's legs - danger averted. Panda has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Salter doesn't defend quickly enough and Panda has managed to lock this one up! Can Salter escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Panda on a fantastic submission victory.

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rajon Shaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ksiolajidebt Olatunji! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shaw tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Olatunji defends well and Shaw ends up having to push Olatunji into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Shaw tries to circle away but Olatunji has him pinned against the cage. Olatunji lands a nice shot to the body. Shaw has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Olatunji after a bit of a struggle. Olatunji escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Olatunji uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Shaw has time to react. It looks like Rajon Shaw has been cut. Olatunji throws a head kick but Shaw moves out of range.
Shaw seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Olatunji looking to score a takedown here. Shaw is defending well but Olatunji drives through and ends up in Shaw's guard. Shaw utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Shaw is pulling down on Olatunji's head to control his posture. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! White throws a low kick, looking for Werdum's leg but Werdum calmly moves out of range. Werdum throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. A head kick misses from Werdum. White just misses with a punch to the body.
Werdum is looking to counter with head kicks. White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Werdum moves out of range and avoids them all easily. White is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Werdum. Werdum quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. A slapping body kick lands there for Werdum.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ernesto lands a right hook to the body.
Ernesto takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ernesto closes the distance and pushes Peieira back into the cage. We've been hearing reports that Peieira has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. A head punch blocked on the inside by Peieira. Peieira with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Peieira decides to pull guard. Ernesto is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Peieira has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ernesto is looking to defend but Peieira has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ernesto! Peieira pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ernesto taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lobchov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Panic to score with a decent uppercut. It looks like Vasili Lobchov has been cut. A telegraphed right hand from Panic misses the target. Lobchov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Panic moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Panic swings away with a body shot that misses
and Lobchov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. It looks like Satanic Panic has been cut. Panic feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lobchovs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Sloppy strikes from Lobchov. Those never looked like landing. Panic quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Lobchov misses with a double jab.
Panic is looking to counter punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Panic wants to clinch. Lobchov let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Panic tries to pull guard but Lobchov forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Lobchov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Panic swings widly with a right hand
and Panic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Panic misses with a hook. Lobchov ducked under it nicely. As Panic backs off Lobchov throws a huge counter combo but Panic manages to avoid it all. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Panic, as that shot connected.
Panic misses with an uppercut. Panic misses with a leg kick and Lobchov counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. This has been an exciting period of action! Panic punishes Lobchov's body with a nice straight punch.

Panic lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Panic throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Satanic Panic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Panic lands a front kick. Lobchov looks to land a combination but Panic avoids it well. Lobchov takes a shot right to the bread basket. The crowd cheers as Panic lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lobchov doesn't seem phased though.
