You can see the frustration on OConnor's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Clarkson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by OConnor, who protects the arm well. Clarkson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. OConnor is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Clarkson yanks on the arm and OConnor is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Clarkson.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mendes forces Barnes back against the cage and clinches. Barnes takes a shot to the head. Mendes can't get the takedown.

Willington Iii looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Kaloev in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Kaloev taking a breather here. Possibly, maybe, no Kaloev has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Kaloev is working to tighten his grip on Willington Iii's neck. Willington Iii has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kaloev is really squeezing tight and eventually Willington Iii passes out!
