The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As Tripp tries to get set, Sector tries to push him back and clinch up but Tripp manages to avoid the attempt.
No joy there for Tripp, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That has opened up CJ Tripp's cut even more.
Tripp on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sector. Sector obviously looking to wear him down.

and Tripp counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Sector is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Tripp blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Sector lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tripp backwards.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sector creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

That was a close round but I would say that Summa Sector will probably get the nod.

That's time! Sector's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Sector stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

The cut above CJ Tripp's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Tripp throws a solid leg kick but Sector takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Tripp.

Sector avoids the body shot from Tripp.
Sector feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tripps jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
