Pierce throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A little jabbing left from Fier on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Fier fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Pierce tries a head kick but it misses.
Fier has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Fier lands a really nice looking cross but Pierce seems unphased.
Pierce misses with an uppercut
and Fier counters with a stiff right hand.
Fier throws out a powerful jab.
Pierce circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Fier. Pierce falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Fier!

Nemeth has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sparr to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Nemeth is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sparr pulls down on the head and he's put Nemeth to sleep! This one is all over!

Greene tries to bum rush Parker with a series of wild strikes but Parker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Parker scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Greene pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Parker lands with a kick to the ribs.
Greene is breathing heavily.

Parker lands a big head kick that sends Greene tumbling to the mat! Parker takes a step backwards and waves Greene back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Mo Greene has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Greene walks straight into a right hand from Parker - that's dropped him! Parker jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Greene from any more punishment! Greene complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Obilic uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gregory has time to react.

Obilic scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Obilic lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Gregory backs up against the cage.
Gregory takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gregory walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Gregory limp body while Obilic jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Askrew has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lachmann can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Lachmann stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Askrew swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Askrew is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Lachmann advances to half guard.
Askrew is refusing to be controlled, as Lachmann sits in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lachmann uses his free foot to push down on Askrew's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Askrew.

Lachmann is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Askrew doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lachmann.

Askrew tries to roll but Lachmann sticks to his back.

Askrew is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Lachmann gets his way!
