The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Land throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Land bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Mayhem jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Land really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Land scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
A looping hook to the body misses from Land. Mayhem does a little dance to reset his feet.
Land fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mayhem tries a quick counter leg kick but Land is wise to it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Land is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Heavy Metal, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mayhem has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mayhem and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Mayhem is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Land lets go of the hold and Mayhem can pop his arm back in it's socket.
