Horrible takedown attempt by Orlov or perhaps it was just good defense by Viikinki, which made it look bad.
Viikinki looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Orlov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Viikinki counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Orlov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Viikinki is fending him off so far but Orlov persists. Nope, Viikinki circles away and we're back to standing.
Tony Viikinki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krigor Orlov.

Odimabesser has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Romero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Romero felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

That was a close round but I would say that Kanud Odimabesser will probably get the nod.

A decent looking cross lands there for Romero .

Romero walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Romero lands a big uppercut and Odimabesser crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Odimabesser looks OK. Romero waves Odimabesser back to his feet!

Odimabesser has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Romero misses with an uppercut
and Odimabesser counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Oh Odimabesser is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Romero drops Odimabesser with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Odimabesser! Romero dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
