Qarase feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Reynolds sprawling to the canvas! Reynolds rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Qarase finish him?!

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggs closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Alot jumps guard.
Alot is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Riggs defends well.
Alot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Riggs defends it easily.
Alot throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Alot controls Riggs momentarily but Riggs frees himself.
Alot definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alot is looking to cinch up a triangle. Riggs throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Alot's body to avoid the submission. Alot has instead reached around Riggs's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Alot arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Diaz drives through with a takedown into Nimitz's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Nimitz is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Diaz has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Diaz is looking to work some ground and pound but Nimitz has wrist control.
Diaz wants to control from the top but Nimitz keeps moving.
Nimitz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Nimitz passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Diaz!

Nimitz lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Nimitz is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Diaz goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Nimitz!

A victorious Chester Nimitz thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
Nick Diaz spoke after the fight, saying 'Sometimes you win some, sometimes you lose some, sometimes you can't be at 100 percent'.
