King complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Hansen or perhaps it was just good defense by Knight, which made it look bad.

Hansen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Knight swivels and escapes.

A nice leg kick lands there from Knight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Knight tries to score with a low kick but Hansen moves his leg out of the way.

Hansen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Knight as he jumps to the side.
Knight throws a hook but Hansen avoids it easily.

Hansen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A nice leg kick from Knight, right into the meat of the thigh.
Knight throws a body punch but Hansen moves out of range.

Hansen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Knight pinned against the cage. Knight gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Knight now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Knight gets caught flat footed, as Hansen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Knight is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hansen is controlling him.
Knight wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Hansen manages to pass to side control.
Hansen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Hansen is trying to control the action in half guard but Knight is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Knight really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hansen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Knight is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
