Bizzy bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Namkhai's head backwards.

Namkhai tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Bizzy has had enough of the clinch but Namkhai keeps him there for the moment.

Namkhai pushes Bizzy against the cage. Namkhai is working some dirty boxing. Namkhai pushes off with a quick right hook! Bizzy goes down! Bizzy tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Namkhai moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

A relieved looking Temujin Namkhai thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Luciano lands a really nice looking cross but Neal seems unphased.

Neal's coach down at Blacksmith MMA Gym 🇺🇲 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Neal's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Neal lands a left and a right that send Luciano crashing to the mat, dazed. Neal thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Jose Luciano has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Neal cracks Luciano with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Luciano tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Neal pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Luciano is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

A pretty intense looking Byron Neal took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.

Horrible takedown attempt by Lugnunum or perhaps it was just good defense by Draconis, which made it look bad.
Nice takedown defense from Draconis. No joy for Lugnunum on that attempt.

Draconis creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lugnunum sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Herpes has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Herpes there as he acknowledges the shot.
Herpes tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Al Din swivels and escapes.
Al Din has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Herpes on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Herpes walks into a left hand.
Al Din lands a jab-cross combination.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Herpes looks for a takedown but Al Din sprawls well.
Al Din is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Herpes had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Herpes. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

The ref is looking closely - Herpes is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Herpes is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended.
