Rochester is fighting off a takedown attempt but Schultz is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rochester to the mat. Rochester regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Rochester is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Schultz frees his head nicely. Oh but Rochester has switched to an armbar! Schultz is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Yaroslav (ranked 3900 p4p, 3647 weight class) and Don Gable (ranked 379 p4p, 359 weight class). Vladimir Yaroslav had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Yaroslav shoots in for a double leg but Gable sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Yaroslav gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gable to score an easy takedown into full guard.
