I was talking to Soares's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

He's out cold! Soares gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hinto Kangee (ranked 455 p4p, 1434 weight class) and Schwartz Gomez (ranked 58 p4p, 179 weight class). Kangee comes to the cage accompanied by Kalush Orchestra - Stefania. The crowd seem to be enjoying Gomez's choice of entrance music: POP SMOKE - GOT IT ON ME. On his way into the cage it seems that Hinto Kangee has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Hinto Kangee seems to be OK! Kangee throws a lazy right hand but Gomez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

As Gomez looks to move away, Kangee throws a big counter combo but Gomez just gets out of the way.
Kangee connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gomez. Gomez circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
