Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Ridley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Vargas!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vargas throws a nice looking combination but Ridley bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ridley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vargas circles away quickly and effectively.
Vargas throws out a counter right but Ridley avoids it with no problem.
Ridley lands with an overhand left.
Ridley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Vargas.
Vargas let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
The fighters circling - Vargas throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Ridley manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Vargas on his heels. He'll look to pass Vargas's guard now, I'm sure.
Vargas wants to control the position but Ridley says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ridley lands a nice short elbow.
