Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bruce Wagner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Louis Gabriel Suchet! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wagner lands a jab. Suchet shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Suchet showed some decent athleticism there. Suchet not doing much here.
Wagner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Suchet on the ground. Suchet is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Wagner has managed to free his arm - good work. Suchet trying to mount his opponent but Wagner defends it. Wagner on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wagner is trying to stand back up but Suchet is controlling him
Suchet takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Suchet seems to be working for a kimura but Wagner defends the submission attempt. Wagner looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wagner has hold of Suchet's hands but Suchet slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wagner on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Suchet content to control rather than advance. Suchet missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Wagner kicks off Suchet and gets to his feet. Suchet looks for a takedown but Wagner sprawls well. Wagner throwing a counter right hand but Suchet manages to avoid it. Bruce Wagner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Suchet is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Wagner. Suchet with a poor takedown and Wagner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Wagner lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Bruce Wagner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Suchet shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Suchet working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Suchet looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wagner with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Suchet lands with a punch from half guard. Wagner looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Suchet seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wagner does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Suchet working Wagner over with strikes. Suchet wants to take a breather but Wagner is having none of it. Suchet scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Suchet throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Well, if Suchet is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Suchet is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wagner defends it well. Suchet wants to free his trapped foot but Wagner is holding on for dear life with his legs. Suchet in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Wagner tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Suchet!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Point tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vartija was well out of range. Poor timing from Point. Point takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Kane Point has been cut. Point fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Vartija looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Point throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vartija was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Point throws out a loose jab but Vartija uses good head movement to avoid it. Point just misses with a punch to the body.
Point jabbing away but nothing is landing. Point lands a head kick. Vartija smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Vartija throws a head kick but Point moves out of range.
Nice cross by Point. Vartija throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Point throws a body shot but no joy. Vartija gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Vartija rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Point moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A countering left hand to the body from Point misses. Vartija ducks under a wild hook from Point. Vartija cracks Point with an open hand slap. Point ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vartija moves away.

Vartija had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Nice defenses there by Point. Point is looking to land body kicks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Point bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Vartija doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Point lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kane Point dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kane Point's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Point connects with a nice looking jab.

Tooogood can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Russo is looking to escape. Tooogood lands a nice shot to the head. Russo bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Russo seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Russo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Russo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Russo working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Tooogood working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Russo. Tooogood lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

This is the final round! Tooogood is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takana throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Jones is looking to counter the offense by Takana and move into the clinch. Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Takana looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Takana manages to get back to half guard. Jones prevents Takana from improving his position. Takana wants to control but Jones is keeping busy.
Jones not landing any meaningful shots this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Takana is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Jones lands a nice short elbow.

Takana holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Takana is trying to maintain the position but Jones is very close to passing his half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Takana has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jones is working away from the top position though. Takana is staying active underneath Jones, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Takana tries to roll over but Jones keeps him under control. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Takana moves into full guard.

Takana is trying to break the clinch but Jones has him pressed against the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Takana. Jones manages to pull guard.

Santos is rocked! Santos lands with a hook. Murray tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Oh Santos is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jeffrey Tucker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nakagome Kakuzo! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Alyssa Summers and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tucker takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kakuzo shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Kakuzo throws a front kick aimed at Tucker's knee but Tucker avoids it well. Kakuzo throws a sloppy head kick and Tucker moves out of range easily. Tucker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kakuzo throws a lazy head kick enabling Tucker to counter with a crisp jab. It looks like Nakagome Kakuzo has been cut. Kakuzo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Tucker's head. Kakuzo connects with a single shot there. Kakuzo fails with a takedown attempt. Tucker appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Tucker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Tucker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kakuzo throws a low kick but Tucker avoids it.

Jeffrey Tucker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kakuzo throws a lazy head kick and Tucker counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Kakuzo attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Kakuzo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Kakuzo throws an off balance right hand
and Tucker counters with a good low kick that Kakuzo was not able to check. Kakuzo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Tucker managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Kakuzo.
Kakuzo in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Kakuzo working the head and body with strikes. Kakuzo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tucker is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kakuzo working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kakuzo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tucker keeps working. Tucker parries the strikes from Kakuzo easily there. Kakuzo is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Tucker to escape.
Tucker struggling a bit here. Tucker is looking for a sweep. Kakuzo is looking to take a break and control but Tucker is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tucker is trying to escape the position but Kakuzo is controlling the position. Kakuzo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kakuzo working the ground and pound. Tucker is looking to regain half guard here but Kakuzo keeps moving and retains side control. Kakuzo cracks Tucker with a big elbow. Tucker tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kakuzo with the ground and pound but Tucker regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Kakuzo lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Tucker avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kakuzo. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Nakagome Kakuzo dominated that round. The cut man is working on Nakagome Kakuzo's cut. That's time! Tucker's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Kakuzo misses with a straight right. Tucker appears to be looking for a big counter. Kakuzo gets a double leg takedown into Tucker's guard. Tucker wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kakuzo manages to pass to side control. Kakuzo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tucker's head. Kakuzo uses his free foot to push down on Tucker's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tucker. Kakuzo unloading with bombs! Kakuzo scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Tucker wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Kakuzo.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kakuzo raining down shots from the mount! Kakuzo landing strikes from the mount and Tucker is in trouble! Tucker is rocked! Kakuzo postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Tucker in real trouble here! The ref calls for Tucker to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
