Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 44 - 40 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Edmonds! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 50 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Golles! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edmonds slips under a jab from Golles. Edmonds blocks a jab. Edmonds attempts a counter takedown but Golles avoids it well and moves away. Edmonds looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Edmonds jabs Golles right on the nose. Golles blinks but takes it well. Golles tries to clinch but fails miserably enabling Edmonds to counter with a crisp jab. Edmonds lands a body shot.
Golles takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Edmonds lands a really nice looking cross but Golles seems unphased.
Edmonds scores with a nice strike. Golles gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Edmonds passes Golles's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Edmonds looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Golles for as long as he can get away with. Edmonds is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Golles is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Diogo Martins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 20 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Henny Bottles! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martins cracks Bottles with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Martins lands a glancing blow to the side of Bottles's head. Martins has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter in the buildup to the fight. Martins chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Bottles walks into a stiff left hand from Martins. Bottles tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Martins clinches up against the cage. Martins scores with a shot to the side of Bottles's head. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Martins misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Bottles.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bottles is trying to stall.
Martins avoids a wild elbow strike from Bottles. Martins using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Bottles has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Bottles pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Bottles tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Bottles told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Bottles taking a breather. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Martins just misses with a elbow thrown towards Bottles's brow. Martins has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Bottles - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Martins, and another! Bottles is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Diogo Martins! Diogo Martins decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

With a record of 17 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris Pauschi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 24 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rich Mahogany! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mahogany throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mahogany throws a lazy right hand but Pauschi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Mahogany scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Mahogany is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pauschi sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Pauschi walks into a jab. Mahogany misses with a looping right. Pauschi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mahogany. Mahogany obviously looking to wear him down.
Mahogany tries to work over Pauschi's front leg with a kick but Pauschi checks it. Pauschi is looking to counter with head kicks. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mahogany misses with a body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round. Mahogany shoots in for a takedown but Pauschi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Chris Pauschi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rich Mahogany. Mahogany clinches. Mahogany drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Pauschi gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Pauschi is working hard here to advance position. Pauschi is working to avoid the ground and pound but Mahogany connects with a decent elbow. Pauschi wants to get back to his feet. Pauschi struggling a bit here. Mahogany trying to control the position but Pauschi is working away. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pauschi tries to bench press Mahogany off him but Mahogany keeps the position. Mahogany lands an elbow. Mahogany in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mahogany throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Pauschi works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Pauschi is looking for a sweep. Mahogany is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mahogany trying to control the action but Pauschi is working from the bottom. Mahogany is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pauschi has a hand on Mahogany's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Mahogany takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Mahogany lands a big elbow. Mahogany cracks Pauschi with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Mahogany tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Pauschi can't escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mahogany landing strikes from the mount. Pauschi tries to get back to half guard but can't. Mahogany wants to control the pace but Pauschi is squirming around nicely. Pauschi is in a horrible position here. Mahogany smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rich Mahogany dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! A nice leg kick lands there from Mahogany. Pauschi staying out of range there. Pauschi keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Mahogany throws a push kick but Pauschi slaps the foot to one side. Pauschi thinks about countering with a head kick. Mahogany plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! It looks like Chris Pauschi has been cut. Mahogany scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mahogany scores with punches from side control. Pauschi can't do much from the bottom here. Mahogany is working Pauschi over with some ground and pound from side control. Mahogany has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Pauschi wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Pauschi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Mahogany tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mahogany has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. You can see the frustration on Pauschi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rich Mahogany showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Chris Pauschi's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round! Pauschi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Mahogany fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mahogany throws a low kick but Pauschi moves out of range easily. Mahogany gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Pauschi fails to pull the fight into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pauschi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Pauschi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Mahogany drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mahogany jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Pauschi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mahogany is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mahogany working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Mahogany not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Pauschi lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Pauschi won't allow Mahogany to sweep him here. Pauschi trying to control the position from guard on top but Mahogany is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mahogany working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pauschi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pauschi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mahogany throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Rich Mahogany has got the better of the ground game so far. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mahogany is on top in guard.

Chris Pauschi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rich Mahogany is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mahogany prevents Pauschi from improving his position.
And that's the end of the fight! Rich Mahogany comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mahogany has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
