With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Diego Armando! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Armando tests Dimms's chin there with a solid looking shot. Armando tests Dimms's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dimms chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Armando can pounce on him.

It looks like Schmedgar Dimms has been cut. Armando has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Armando there as he acknowledges the shot. Dimms throws the kick towards the body but Armando avoids it. Dimms throws a looping overhand right but Armando ducks down to avoid it. Armando misses with a low kick. Dimms changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Armando has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Armando lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Armando lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dimms at a distance.

Dimms closes the distance and pushes Armando back into the cage. Armando scores with a shot to the side of Dimms's head. Armando scores with a hook to the body. I was talking to Dimms's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Dimms pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Armando lands a glancing blow to the side of Dimms's head. Dimms's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Armando connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dimms scrambles back to his feet. Armando blocks a head kick by Dimms.
A head kick by Armando misses and Dimms connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Armando has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Armando lands a lovely overhand right. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Dimms's eyes and has decided to let it go on! Dimms wants to clinch. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Armando! But no joy. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

It partially lands. Armando throws a quick inside leg kick. Armando scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Dimms moves out of range of the body kick from Armando.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Dimms on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Dimms takes one to the side of the head.

And that's the end of the fight! Diego Armando comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Armando has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Matijevic thows a body kick. Salamanca tries to catch it but that hurt him. Matijevic connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Salamanca's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Salamanca - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Vij looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Chai misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fighters circling - Chai throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Vij throws out a counter right but Chai avoids it with no problem. A slapping leg kick lands for Vij.

Vij is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Chai with a body shot. We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Chai throws an overhand right that lands on Vij's shoulder, as Vij tries to avoid the shot. Vij steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Vij takes a swing at Chai's ribcage but misses. Chai appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Chai throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vij counters with a body kick. Chai stuns Vij with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Vij lands a head shot.
Vij moves into the clinch. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Vij creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Vij misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Chai.

Chai lands a glancing blow to the side of Schultz's head.
It looks like Hans Schultz has been cut. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Schultz, as that shot connected.
Chai lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Hans Schultz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Schultz throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Chai closes the distance and catches Schultz with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Schultz is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Schultz is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Schultz is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Chai takes it!
