Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pereira, as that shot connected.
Pereira lands with a hook. Borges tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Cesar Borges has been cut.
Pereira is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Pereira jabs Borges right on the nose. Borges blinks but takes it well.
Andre Pereira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Borges moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pereira has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Pereira throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pereira cracks Borges with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
The fighters circle momentarily. Pereira darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Borges is rocked!
Pereira cracks Borges with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Borges tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Pereira pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Borges is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Sansho kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sordid by Amon Tobin. The key to victory for Yakami Sansho has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Kane is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Hobbs can't fight it off and eventually Kane manages to take the fight to the floor. Hobbs looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kane is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
