 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bebok turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Nastula rushes Bebok and presses him up against the cage. Nastula blocks an uppercut.

With a record of 5 - 46 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dwight Shrute! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Madera misses with a low kick.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Madera enables Shrute to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Madera manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Shrute wants to pass the guard but Madera is keeping the position.
Shrute avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Madera controls Shrute momentarily but Shrute frees himself. Madera is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at 3Band MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Madera has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shrute content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Madera keeping moving, preventing Shrute from controlling successfully. Madera utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Madera looking to hit a scissor sweep but Shrute is one step ahead there.

Shrute really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Madera. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Madera is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Shrute preventing the sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Madera trying to control the action but Shrute is working from the bottom. Madera landing strikes. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Madera is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Shrute is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Madera is looking to take a break and control but Shrute is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Madera scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Madera is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Madera wants to control from the top but Shrute keeps moving.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Madera displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Shrute. Madera seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Allejo Madera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dwight Shrute. Shrute lands with an uppercut that bounces Madera off the cage and back into range. Allejo Madera is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. and Devil counters with a single leg into guard. Bourbon didn't expect that. Devil pushing down on Bourbon's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Devil is keen to just control but Bourbon is a slippery customer. Bourbon is controlling Devil's trapped leg to prevent Devil from advancing to side control. Devil looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Bourbon wants to control but Devil is keeping busy and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bourbon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Devil works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Devil bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bourbon's guard.
Devil stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bourbon swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bourbon has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Legs gets to his feet - Cross follows without any prompting. Legs defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cross. Legs went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Cross shoots and misses and Legs counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Cross shoots in for a takedown but Legs shows good takedown defense. Legs fires out a quick counter leg kick but Cross just manages to avoid it. Crazy Legs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Simon Cross. Cross has his takedown stuffed and Legs counters with a flying knee. Nice. Cross shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Legs defends it nicely. Legs swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Legs has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Cross is really squeezing tight and eventually Legs passes out! Cross breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Martinez rushes Turmarrov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Martinez comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Martinez lands an elbow inside that Turmarrov shrugs off. Martinez lands a body shot. Turmarrov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Martinez prevents it.

It looks like Alexey Turmarrov has been cut. Martinez stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Martinez utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Martinez gets underhooks to prevent Turmarrov's takedown attempt.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brownie Anderson (ranked 360 p4p, 514 weight class) and Will Hopper (ranked 48 p4p, 70 weight class). Anderson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Iron man. Will Hopper will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 43 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brownie Anderson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Will Hopper! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hopper circles away quickly and effectively. Hopper lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Anderson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hopper. Hopper throws a hook but Anderson avoids it easily. Anderson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Anderson misses with a combination
and Hopper counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Donk. Hopper catches Anderson right on the button with a cross. A low kick lands for Hopper.
Hopper throws a half hearted mid kick. Anderson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Hopper slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Hopper will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Anderson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hopper counters with a lovely straight right hand! Will Hopper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hopper takes a swing at Anderson's ribcage but misses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Hopper misses with a series of wild punches.
Hopper throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Hopper falls off balance throwing a combination
and Anderson counters with a straight right hand. Hopper avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hopper takes one on the button. Hopper waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Anderson. Anderson shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Hopper scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Hopper lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Hopper has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Hopper swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hopper lands a really nice looking cross but Anderson seems unphased.
This has been an exciting period of action! Hopper loads up on a big right hand but Anderson slips the punch. Donk. Hopper catches Anderson right on the button with a cross. Anderson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hopper scores with a nice strike. Anderson staying out of range there. A chopping leg kick lands by Hopper. Hopper throws a body punch but Anderson moves out of range. An attempted straight right counter from Anderson misses the target. Anderson misses the shot to the body. Hopper misses with an uppercut. Anderson saw that one coming. It looked like Anderson was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Anderson looks to score with a jab to the body but Hopper is just out of range. Hopper misses the shot to the body.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Hopper misses with a looping right. Hopper swings for the body but Anderson moves out of range.
Hopper misses with a straight left. Anderson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hopper was well out of range. Poor timing from Anderson. Anderson shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hopper eats them both and turns towards Anderson to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. A low kick from Anderson misses and Anderson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hopper missing with a left hand there. Anderson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Hopper throws a leg kick which misses Anderson's front leg but catches the back leg as Anderson tries to avoid it. Anderson tests Hopper's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hopper connects with a right hand. Anderson shakes it off. Anderson slips under a jab from Hopper. Anderson is looking for a counter combo. Anderson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hopper momentarily.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Good shot there by Hopper. Anderson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hopper is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Anderson had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Anderson swings for the body but Hopper moves out of range.
Hopper wants to slow Anderson down by chopping away at his legs. Anderson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Anderson throws a lazy right hand but Hopper sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hopper thows a left - swing and a miss! Anderson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Hopper looks to land a left hand but Anderson moved out of range nicely. Hopper uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Anderson.
Hopper lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Anderson circles away quickly and effectively. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Will Hopper dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Hopper looks to score with a jab to the body but Anderson is just out of range. This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Anderson might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Hopper misses the jab. Anderson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Anderson throws a series of punches but Hopper moves out of range. Hopper lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Oooooh!!! Hopper has knocked Anderson down with a huge combo! Hopper steps away and waves a wobbly Anderson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Anderson is rocked!
It looks like Brownie Anderson has been cut. Anderson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hopper throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hopper takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hopper lands with a straight right. Anderson didn't see that one coming. Oh Anderson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hopper misses with a few strikes there.
Hopper throws a body punch but Anderson moves out of range. Hopper cracks Anderson with a hook to the temple - Anderson is on wobbly legs here! Hopper swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Anderson falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Hopper wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Will Hopper! Will Hopper is the new light heavyweight champion! The defeated Brownie Anderson had this to say: 'Fuck this,ill be back better'.
