Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erling Bjerg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur Dayne! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bjerg thows a left - swing and a miss! Dayne follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Dayne takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Dayne on the wrong end of a nice jab. Dayne chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bjerg can pounce on him.
Bjerg swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dayne looks like he wants to counter punch here. Bjerg smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Dayne with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bjerg to score with a decent uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bjerg connects with a single shot there. Bjerg circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Dayne to the canvas! Dayne doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Bjerg keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Otto Chang! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chang moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Rice throws a body punch but Chang moves out of range. A jab from Chang does it's job there. Rice just misses with a punch to the body.
Chang takes one to the side of the head.
Chang with a nice calf kick. Chang scores with a leg kick.
Chang with the inside leg kick. Rice swings for the body but Chang moves out of range.
Rice on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Chang. Chang obviously looking to wear him down.
Otto Chang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chang thumps Rice with a low kick. Rice misses with an uppercut. Chang misses with a leg kick and Rice counters with a three punch combo that has Chang backing up. Chang nods at Rice to acknowledge the strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rice misses with a straight left. Rice throws a right and a left that both miss. Chang throws a hook but Rice blocks it. Chang throws a sloppy head kick and Rice makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Rice lands a nice shot to the body.
Chang swings away with a leg kick that misses. The fighters circling - Chang throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Chang tries to move into range but Rice moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Chang scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Chang slips a straight right by Rice. Chang throws a low kick, looking for Rice's leg but Rice calmly moves out of range. Rice tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chang was well out of range. Poor timing from Rice. Chang staying out of range there. Rice throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chang. Rice really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chang fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rice. Rice takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Rice is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Chang throws a head kick but Rice moves out of range.
Chang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rice.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Chang misses with a straight right. Jab by Rice. This has been an exciting period of action! Rice misses with a body shot.

Some bone on bone action there as Rice checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Chang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rice was well out of range. Poor timing from Chang. Rice digs a good body shot into Chang's ribs. Chang bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Rice throws a shot to the body.
Rice fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Chang tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Chang misses with a double jab
and Rice counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Rice swings and misses with a hook to the body.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Rice dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rice takes a swing at Chang's ribcage but misses. Chang takes a swing at Rice's ribcage but misses. Rice misses the shot to the body. Rice looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Rice comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Rice fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chang manages to avoid it. Rice takes a body punch but keeps moving. Rice is looking to wear down Chang with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Chang throws a lazy uppercut
and Rice counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. An inside leg kick from Chang misses. A jab from Chang misses. Chang tries to land a leg kick but Rice saw it coming and moves away.
Chang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rice manages to avoid it. Chang is looking to land body kicks. Chang throws a sloppy body shot

Chang lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Rice throws an overhand right that lands on Chang's shoulder, as Chang tries to avoid the shot. Chang misses the shot to the body. Rice scores with a jab to the jaw. A shot to the body from Chang misses and Rice cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Chang with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rice to score with a decent uppercut. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rice throws a body punch but Chang moves out of range. Rice misses with a body shot.
Chang is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Rice with a body shot. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Rice dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Rice is rocked! Chang fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rice has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Oh Rice is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Chang lands a nice hook to Rice's body. Rice takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Chang throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Rice crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bucombo throws a low kick but Volkov avoids it. A combination from Bucombo does no damage. Bucombo shoots and misses and Volkov counters with a lovely shot to the body. Volkov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bucombo. Volkov looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Volkov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Volkov throws out a counter right but Bucombo avoids it with no problem. Volkov has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Bucombo is landing a low percentage of strikes.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Bucombo wants to break free but Volkov has control.

James has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Roosters Coop in the buildup to the fight. James fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cisneros. James lands a nice leg kick that just misses Cisneros's sensitive parts. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A swing and a miss from James. James throws a leg kick and Cisneros counters with a straight right hand. James wants to land a leg kick but Cisneros is out of range. Cisneros tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.  That's three minutes gone in the round. James takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. James fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. A nice leg kick from James, right into the meat of the thigh.
James throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. James feints and then cracks Cisneros's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cisneros down. Cisneros misses the shot to the body. James misses with a head kick.
Cisneros is clearly trying to counter these attacks from James with a body shot. James goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Cisneros doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. James scores with a jab. Cisneros acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Cisneros has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Cisneros looks for the body kick but James saw that one coming. Cisneros checks a leg kick nicely. Cisneros throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Vanderley Ferreira decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. George Wilder spoke after the fight, saying 'If there’s one thing I’ve learned from years of wrestling wild sea lions on the beach, it’s that the fight doesn’t end when the bell rings. It’s how you come back that counts.'.
