With a record of 4 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Owen Wall! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wall pushes Mcdonald up against the cage in a clinch. Wall tries to break free but Mcdonald pushes him back against the cage.

With a record of 5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bucky Beasley! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conley looks for the body kick but Beasley saw that one coming. Beasley tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Conley takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Beasley wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice shot by Mora. Mora throws a body shot but no joy. Mora lands a nice shot that snaps Hickman's head back.
Hickman walks into a jab. Hickman shoots in and drives through. Mora sprawls well. Mora is looking to clinch. Hickman changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Hickman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hickman shoots for a double leg takedown but Mora sprawls well. He's pushed Hickman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mora swinging wildly here.
Mora throws a series of punches but Hickman avoids them all with ease. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mora misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hickman changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Mora swings for the body but Hickman moves out of range.
Frederico Mora seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Hickman. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hickman has an Americana. Mora didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hickman is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hickman hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matthew Hudson! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hudson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Li. Hudson throws a big shot that misses. Li attempts a counter takedown but Hudson avoids it well and moves away. Hudson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Hudson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Li. Li moves away from the strike by Hudson. Li uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hudson. Li changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Hudson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hudson misses the shot to the body. Li feinted with a counter takedown. Li takes a shot right to the bread basket. Hudson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hudson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Hudson connects with a body shot.

and Li decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hudson's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Li lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hudson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hudson keeping moving, preventing Li from controlling successfully. Li works a leg free and moves into half guard. Li has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Li landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Li thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Li missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Li moves nicely into side control. Li in side control, throwing shots but Hudson defends.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. The strikes coming from Li are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Li working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Hudson takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Li working the ground and pound.
It looks like Matthew Hudson has been cut. Li is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Hudson will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. The strikes coming from Li are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Li looks up at the clock and then as Hudson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Li smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Li is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hudson's shoulder. That is not cool. Hudson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Hudson looks winded! Hudson is being controlled here. Li is putting a hurting on Hudson here, landing some big shots from side control.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Hudson managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Li.
Li in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Hudson trying to remain calm as Li controls from the top position. Li scoring with punches from side control. Li landing a few strikes. Li moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Li connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Hudson some visible discomfort.
The cut above Matthew Hudson's eye is starting to cause him problems now. This has been an exciting period of action! Li landing a few strikes. Hudson is not content to let Li control the position. Hudson wants to get back to his feet but Li drags him back down. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Weichung Li dominated that round. The cut man is working on Matthew Hudson's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

so Li counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Li throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hudson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Li trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Li makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Li throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Li in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Hudson being controlled here, momentarily. Li is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hudson can do to turn this around? Hudson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Li postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Matthew Hudson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gibbs tries to get out of the position. Gibbs looking for a sweep. Not yet Gibbs, not yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gibbs is looking to stand up but Li isn't so interested in that idea. Li slips nicely into half guard. Gibbs has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Li is on him like a limpet, forcing Gibbs back against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gibbs taking a breather.

Gibbs postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Li has momentary wrist control but Gibbs slips an elbow through the middle. Gibbs seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Gibbs lands a couple of decent looking shots. Gibbs trying to control the position from guard on top but Li is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gibbs works over Li with some ground and pound from guard. Gibbs is working Li over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Gibbs is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Li is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Li passes the guard and advances to mount! Li tries to control but Gibbs wriggling away. Gibbs tries to buck Li off but he can't manage it. Gibbs is wriggling around trying to escape.

Gibbs bucks Li off and manages to get back to his feet! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gibbs slaps away a takedown attempt from Li, before circling back to the center of the mat. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Li prevents Gibbs from improving his position. Li stops Gibbs from getting back to his feet.
Gibbs manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Li keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Li seems to have recovered his senses. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gibbs has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Li is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Li tries to score a body lock takedown but Gibbs shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

and Li counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Li. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gunner Gibbs. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gibbs is looking to stand up but Li isn't so interested in that idea. Gibbs is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Li can do to turn this around? Gibbs keeping moving, preventing Li from controlling successfully.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Li shoots in looking for a takedown. Gibbs tries to sprawl out of it but Li keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gibbs manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Gunner Gibbs is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Li shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gibbs as he avoids it easily. Li defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gibbs. And Li tries to counter it with a takedown but Gibbs pushes his down on his head and steps out. Gibbs gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Li counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Gibbs fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Gibbs looks for a takedown but Li sprawls well. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gibbs. Gibbs shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Li counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Li stuffs the takedown attempt from Gibbs. Gibbs gets slowly back to his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
