Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Graham (ranked 5586 p4p, 439 weight class) and Cleon Wright (ranked 3433 p4p, 341 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graham tries a head kick but it misses.

We've been hearing reports that Graham has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

The fighters circle momentarily. Wright darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Wright creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Wright drops Graham onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Graham is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Graham is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Graham wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Cleon Wright decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
