The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyshenko has his takedown stuffed
and Ali connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ali has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Banana Stand in the buildup to the fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kyshenko.
A little feinted left hand from Ali on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kyshenko fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Almoez Ali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raul Kyshenko.

and Ali counters with a head kick that drops Kyshenko to the mat! Kyshenko scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
