Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Thiago!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tong Po!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Thiago throws a sloppy head kick and Po moves out of range easily.
Po shapes to counter with a head kick.
Thiago looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Po throws a leg kick but Thiago sees it coming and moves out of range.
Thiago misses with a looping left.
Po thows a leg kick but Thiago checks it
and Thiago counters with a stiff right hand.
Thiago misses with a hook.
Po takes one on the chin but seems OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thiago punishes Po's body with a nice straight punch.
Thiago misses with a leg kick.
Po displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Thiago throws out the jab.
It seemed like Po was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Po steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Thiago.
Thiago will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Po! But no joy.
Po drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Po pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Po lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Po swings for the body but Thiago moves out of range.
A counter left hand to the body from Thiago misses its target.
Po defending well as Thiago loads up on a big left hand.
It seemed like Po was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Po ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A swing and a miss from Po.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thiago lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Po has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Po and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Po connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Thiago Thiago has been cut.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Po blocks the body kick.
Thiago throws the left hand but Po avoids the punch easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Po! But no joy.
Thiago throws a nice outside leg kick.
Po throws an overhand right that lands on Thiago's shoulder, as Thiago tries to avoid the shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round.

Po moves to clinch but Thiago breaks away
and Thiago counters with a nice right hand that sends Po toppling to the canvas! Po scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Thiago finish him?!
Po is rocked!
Thiago lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Thiago Thiago!
After winning the bout, Thiago Thiago thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
