The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Barnett.
Barnkvist drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Barnkvist trying to control but Barnett is working from the bottom.
Barnkvist with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Barnett had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Barnkvist defends it easily.
Barnkvist postures up in Barnett's guard and throws a big left but Barnett blocks it.
Barnett tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Barnett is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Barnkvist defends well.
