Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Test Run (ranked 1878 p4p, 2692 weight class) and Mo Murder (ranked 211 p4p, 287 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Test Run! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mo Murder! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murder feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Murder throwing strikes from guard but Run blocks nicely. Murder controls from within his opponent's guard. Run utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Murder scoring with some ground and pound. Murder engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Murder throwing strikes but missing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Murder with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Murder scoring with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Run avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Run on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Run tries to get out of the position. Murder missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. That's two minutes gone in the round. Run would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Murder looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A slow jab from Run misses its intended target. Murder slips a jab from Run. And Murder tries to counter it with a takedown but Run pushes his down on his head and steps out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Run slaps away a takedown attempt from Murder, before circling back to the center of the mat. Run is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Murder shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Run as he avoids it easily. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Run fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Murder manages to avoid it. Murder tries to clinch there but Run circles away.
Run throws the left hand but Murder avoids the punch easily. A big left from Run misses. Run comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Murder moves out of range of the strikes. Murder drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Run defends it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Run lands with a hook. Murder tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Mo Murder has been cut. Run jabs at Murder's body. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Murder lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Run has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Run and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Run misses the shot to the body. And Murder tries to counter it with a takedown but Run pushes his down on his head and steps out. Murder closes this distance looking for a takedown but Run circles away. Test Run has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mo Murder. Murder shoots in but no luck this time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Run lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Nice sprawl there from Run as Murder shoots in. A little feinted left hand from Run on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Murder shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Test Run dominated that round. The cut man is working on Mo Murder's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Run throws a body punch but Murder moves out of range. Run misses with a straight right. Mo Murder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Murder keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Run. Murder feints the counter takedown. Run lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Murder takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Run digs a good body shot into Murder's ribs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Murder displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Run throws out the jab. Murder looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Run is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Murder can do to turn this around? Murder gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Run.
That's one minute gone in the round. Run stuns Murder with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Murder is breathing heavily. Run pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Run looks to land a left hand but Murder moved out of range nicely. And Murder tries to counter it with a takedown but Run pushes his down on his head and steps out. Run throws a jab but it's blocked by Murder. Murder defending well as Run loads up on a big left hand. Murder tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Nice sprawl there from Run as Murder shoots in. Run throwing a counter right hand but Murder manages to avoid it. Murder fails with the takedown. Murder slips under a jab from Run.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Run lands a nice hook to Murder's body. Murder takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Run keeps the fight on the outside. A jab from Run misses. Murder closes the distance and clinches up with Run, looking for a takedown. Murder pushes Run against the cage but Run circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Test Run has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mo Murder. The crowd cheers as Run lands an impressive looking overhand right. Murder doesn't seem phased though. Run keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Murder shoots in looking for a takedown. Run tries to sprawl out of it but Murder keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Run manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Murder fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Murder drives through with a takedown into guard. Run managing to control the position. Run utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Murder loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Murder accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Murder postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Run wants to stand but Murder is controlling the position. Murder throws a big elbow that misses. Murder goes for a double leg but Run avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Run continues to drive forward. Run throws the left hand but Murder avoids the punch easily. Murder shoots in but no luck this time. Murder shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Run pinned against the cage. Run gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Test Run has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mo Murder. Murder fails with the takedown and Run counters with a straight right hand. Test Run is winning the standup battle so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Run lands with a cross. Run throws a body shot but no joy. Run works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Run swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Murder closes this distance looking for a takedown but Run circles away. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Murder is defended easily by Run. Mo Murder has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Murder takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murder doesn't manage to clinch there - Run circles away.
Run was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Murder keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Run. Murder tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Run connects with a crisp jab.
That has opened up Mo Murder's cut even more. Nice defenses there by Murder. Murder shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Run sprawls well. Run wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Murder gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Run cracks Murder with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Run has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Murder to stand back up!
Murder is rocked! Run steps in with a hook that catches Murder right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Run follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Murder looks absolutely devastated.
