Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roar Horse (ranked 52 p4p, 75 weight class) and Thierry Paulin (ranked 4 p4p, 2 weight class). Roar Horse has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 30 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roar Horse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 24 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Thierry Paulin! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Donald Grub.

and Horse counters with a low kick, right behind Paulin 's knee. Horse tries to close the distance and clinch up but Paulin swats him away and circles back towards the center. Horse pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Paulin misses with a straight left. We've been told by Horse's head coaches at Hey Steves Fight Shack that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Horse throws the kick towards the body but Paulin avoids it. A head kick misses from Paulin. Paulin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A counter left hand to the body from Horse misses its target. Paulin misses with a jab, cross combination.
Horse drops Paulin with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Paulin looks back up at him and smiles so Horse waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Thierry Paulin has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Horse closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Paulin! Horse dives in looking to finish! Paulin is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roar Horse! Roar Horse seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
