Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sankt Vader (ranked 6955 p4p, 24957 weight class) and Young Chow (ranked 256 p4p, 283 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sankt Vader! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Young Chow! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chow dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Vader. That did some damage! Chow slips a jab and a cross from Vader.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Chow. Vader drives through and clinches with Chow against the ropes.
Chow tries to pull guard but Vader holds him up against the ropes and eventually Chow drops back down to his feet.
Vader lands a nice uppercut. Vader tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Vader stops a takedown attempt from Chow.
Sankt Vader has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Young Chow. Chow tightens his grip and picks Vader up, before dumping him to the ground. Vader manages to land in guard. Chow wants to control from the top but Vader keeps moving. Vader knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chow on the ground. Vader pulls Chow in to control the position. Vader has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Chow wants to pass the guard but Vader is keeping the position. Chow is fighting to break Vader's control of his arms but Vader is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chow pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Vader is keeping the position for now. Vader is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Chow tries to free his leg and advance position but Vader is retaining full guard. Vader on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Vader tries to get out of the position. Vader trying to control the position here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Sankt Vader is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Vader tries to keep at a distance but Chow has taken the fight into the clinch. Vader misses with a hook from the clinch. Chow tries for a takedown but Vader manages to get underhooks.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A short right hand to the side of the head by Vader. Vader digs a right hand underneath Chow's ribcage. Chow let out a lung full of air as it connected. Chow drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Vader gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Vader lands on the inside with an uppercut. Vader lands with a short shot to the head. Chow has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Vader is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Vader tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Vader misses with a hook from the clinch. Vader throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Chows head. Vader lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Chow. Chow has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Vader is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Vader scores with a nice hook to the head. Vader scores with a shot to the side of Chow's head. Chow stalling in the clinch but Vader improves position. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Vader. Vader prevents a takedown attempt there.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Vader has a couple of punches blocked by Chow.
Vader lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Chow backwards. Vader creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Vader pushes Chow back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Chow has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Vader avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. A right hook to the body lands for Vader.

Vader softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes. Vader keeps control of Chow as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Vader misses with a hook from the clinch. Chow's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Vader misses with some punches.

Vader gets through Chow's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Chow jumps guard but Vader turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chow tries for a takedown. No joy.
Chow is looking for a takedown. Chow looks winded! Vader is pressed up against the ropes. Chow has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Vader down to the mat. Vader avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Vader fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Chow, pushing him back against the ropes. Vader throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Chows head. Vader lands a right hand. Vader lands a right hand that snaps the head of Chow backwards. Chow looking for a takedown. Vader lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Chow is rocked! Vader misses with some punches.
Chow is still on wobbly legs! Can Vader finish him? Vader swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Vader tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Vader throws a head punch that misses. Chow tries to score a body lock takedown but Vader shows good agility there to stay on his feet. A right hand to the body from Vader.

Vader throws a punch but it's blocked by Chow. Chow goes for a takedown in the clinch but Vader prevents it.
Chow seems to have recovered his senses. Chow drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A short left from Vader. Vader makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sankt Vader dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Vader pounces like a tiger and cracks Chow with a vicious hook! Chow is down but not out! Vader follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
