Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Charlie River (ranked 6018 p4p, 6447 weight class) and Eduardo Estevez (ranked 444 p4p, 473 weight class). River's entrance music is Waylon Jennings - I've Always Been Crazy. A fine choice. Estevez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by J Balvin, Willy Williams- Mi Gente. Eduardo Estevez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Charlie River!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eduardo Estevez!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.

River cracks Estevez with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
River swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Estevez now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Estevez drops his hands momentarily and River takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Estevez tries to close the distance and clinch but River swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
River definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
River lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Estevez is rocked!
Estevez misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from River.
River appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Estevez is still on wobbly legs! Can River finish him?
Estevez throws a sloppy head kick
and River counters with a lead uppercut that lands right on the button! Estevez goes down! Will Estevez beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's not going to make it! 9,10! He's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Charlie River!
Charlie River decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
