Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harry Baals (ranked 1454 p4p, 1180 weight class) and Johnny Vegas (ranked 178 p4p, 147 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Vegas takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Johnny Vegas has been cut.
Baals lands a big head kick that sends Vegas tumbling to the mat! Baals takes a step backwards and waves Vegas back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Vegas is rocked!
A solid leg kick lands there for Baals.
Vegas is still on wobbly legs! Can Baals finish him?
Vegas has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A nice inside leg kick there by Baals. That's going to slow Vegas down.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Baals slips a straight right by Vegas.
Vegas walks straight into a right hand from Baals - that's dropped him! Baals jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Vegas from any more punishment! Vegas complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Harry Baals!
