Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wille Thai (ranked 2206 p4p, 6794 weight class) and Marat Mustafaev (ranked 299 p4p, 625 weight class). Marat Mustafaev will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Wille Thai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marat Mustafaev! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.

It looks like Wille Thai has been cut. Thai shoots in looking for a takedown. Mustafaev tries to sprawl out of it but Thai keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thai is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mustafaev is just riding it out for now. Thai eventually gives up the hold. Thai wants to work for an arm triangle but Mustafaev is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
