Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Ben Irie (ranked 3734 p4p, 7283 weight class) and Fre Ledanch (ranked 377 p4p, 553 weight class). Irie comes into the arena with Stevie Wonder Superstition blaring out of the sound system. Ledanch comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 0:40 / 6:29 The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Irie lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Fre Ledanch has been cut.
Irie looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Irie throws a series of punches but Ledanch avoids them all with ease.
Ledanch throws a fast counter high kick but Irie manages to duck under it in time.
Irie swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ledanch unleashes a big counter combination but Irie bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Ledanch throws a right and a left that both miss.
Irie swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ledanch counters with a low kick, right behind Irie 's knee.
Ledanch scores with a leg kick.
Irie takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Ledanch lands a front kick to the face, that drops Irie to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!

Ben Irie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ledanch plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Ledanch catches Irie napping and connects with a fantastic 3 punch combination that sends Irie crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but he's all over the place - can he beat the count?!? 4,5,6,7,8...9...10! He didn't make it back to his feet! Ledanch raises both arms skywards and takes in the roar from the crowd!

Fre Ledanch decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
