Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Riley Knox (ranked 3777 p4p, 6756 weight class) and Miguel Cotto (ranked 456 p4p, 645 weight class). Knox kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Roy Jones Jr - I Smoke, I Drink feat. Mr. Magic & Youngbloodz). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miguel Cotto!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.

Knox takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Cotto walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Knox rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Cotto has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.

A quick step to the side and Knox tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Cotto buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Knox throws a nice looking combination but Cotto bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Knox moves in looking to clinch but Cotto pushes him off.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cotto's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Knox connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cotto scrambles back to his feet.

Cotto feints and then cracks Knox's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Knox down.

Cotto pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cotto throws a right hand that Knox ducks under and follows up with a left that Knox also avoids with ease.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cotto walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Cotto takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Knox has his opponent in a tight Thai clinch and unloads with a massive knee that drops Cotto to the canvas! Can Cotto beat the count? 3,4,5,6 and he's up... is he? Yes, he's up! The referee is taking a long look at him and he's waved off the fight! He didn't think Cotto was in a fit state to continue so this fight is over! Knox is your winner!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Riley Knox!
