Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Giuseppe Turturro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Twisty Kneereaper! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.

Turturro swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Turturro loads up on a big right hand but Kneereaper slips the punch. Turturro instigates a clinch. Kneereaper tries to throw a body punch but Turturro avoids it by throwing Kneereaper back against the cage. Kneereaper tries a body shot but Turturro blocks it.
Turturro misses with a hook from the clinch. Kneereaper goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Kneereaper lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Turturro. Kneereaper lands a left hand that snaps the head of Turturro backwards. Kneereaper tries a body shot but Turturro blocks it.
Kneereaper jumps into guard, dragging Turturro to the mat.

Kneereaper is still trying to improve position. Kneereaper has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Kneereaper keeps trying to improve his position. Turturro is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Kneereaper to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Kneereaper shrugs it off. Kneereaper sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Kneereaper is looking to improve his position.
Turturro seems to be looking for submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kneereaper is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Turturro has latched onto it... Big trouble! Turturro pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Kneereaper is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Turturro!
