Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Chang (ranked 2403 p4p, 1977 weight class) and Sisu Sisu (ranked 253 p4p, 211 weight class). Bruce Chang is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Chang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Sisu Sisu! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.

Sisu misses with a takedown attempt and Chang counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sisu lands with a shot to the body. Chang throws an off balance right hand
and Sisu counters with a nice double leg into side control. Chang won't be happy with that. The strikes coming from Sisu are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Sisu tries to advance to mount but can't. Chang regains half guard there - taking advantage of Sisu's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Sisu throwing shots but Chang is blocking nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sisu is trying to control. Chang wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Sisu is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Chang is concentrating on defense, preventing Sisu from advancing position. Sisu seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Chang does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Chang avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Sisu.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Sisu ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Chang swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Chang walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sisu checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Chang throws out a powerful jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sisu drives through with a takedown into guard. Chang is looking to sweep but instead, Sisu has passed into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sisu is trying to control. Chang wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Chang controlling the position for now. Sisu is trying to control. Sisu is keen to just control but Chang is a slippery customer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Chang moves out of range as Sisu strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. A big right from Chang misses. Sisu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chang. Chang swings away with a leg kick that misses. Sisu misses the body punch and Chang cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Chang fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Horrible takedown attempt by Sisu or perhaps it was just good defense by Chang, which made it look bad. Sisu cracks a nice hook into Chang's ribs. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sisu closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Sisu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chang as he avoids it easily. Bruce Chang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sisu Sisu. A big right from Chang misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bruce Chang will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! No luck with that takedown attempt from Sisu. Sisu closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chang circles away. Chang misses with an uppercut
and Sisu counters with a takedown into side control. Chang tries to bench press Sisu off him but Sisu keeps the position. Chang is trying to control Sisu's posture but Sisu avoids it. Sisu working the ground and pound but Chang is defending the strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chang struggling a bit here. Sisu takes a little break here. Chang wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Chang buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
We've been told by Chang's head coaches at Team Grunt that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Chang moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Chang fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sisu on the side of the head. Chang misses with an uppercut. Sisu works the jab nicely. Chang ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Sisu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chang was well out of range. Poor timing from Sisu. Sisu changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Chang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sisu manages to avoid it. Chang throws a lazy body kick and Sisu counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sisu trying to control but Chang is working from the bottom. Sisu might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Chang haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Sisu looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Chang throws a front kick aimed at Sisu's knee but Sisu avoids it well. Sisu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sisu feints the counter takedown. Chang throws a leg kick but Sisu checks it. And Sisu tries to counter it with a takedown but Chang pushes his down on his head and steps out. Chang ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Sisu ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. No joy there for Sisu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Sisu Sisu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! Sisu moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Sisu will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Chang is looking to counter punch. Chang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sisu. Chang takes a swing at Sisu's ribcage but misses. Sisu scores with a body shot.
Chang connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Sisu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Chang pushes Sisu off and gets back to his feet. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sisu. Sisu tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Chang throws a lazy uppercut
and Sisu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chang's guard. Sisu's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sisu is continuing to stall. Sisu's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Sisu Sisu has got the better of the ground game so far. Chang keeping moving, preventing Sisu from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sisu slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Chang scores with a jab. Sisu acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Sisu takes one on the button. Sisu doesn't succeed with the takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Sisu shoots in for a double leg but Chang sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Bruce Chang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sisu Sisu. A lazy left from Chang finds it's target. A telegraphed right hand from Sisu misses the target. Sisu checks the leg kick. Sisu misses with the combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice straight punches there by Sisu. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sisu. Chang scores with a hook to the body. Sisu takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Bruce Chang is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sisu slips a straight right by Chang. Chang feints and then cracks Sisu's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sisu down. Chang scores with a jab to the head.
Sisu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Chang defends well and Sisu ends up having to push Chang into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Chang stuffs the takedown. Sisu on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Chang. Chang obviously looking to wear him down.
Sisu listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Sisu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chang sprawls well. Chang wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sisu gets slowly back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sisu fails with the takedown and Chang counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sisu throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chang's waist but Chang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sisu off to one side. Chang takes a swing at Sisu's ribcage but misses. Sisu pushing out the jab but it's not landing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chang lands a leg kick that knocks Sisu off balance momentarily. Sisu connects with a looping right hand.
Chang is looking to score with low kicks. Sisu changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Chang throws a nice inside leg kick. Sisu slips under a jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Bruce Chang showed his dominance in that final round. I think Chang has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
