Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kilo Maluga (ranked 11 p4p, 20 weight class) and Kvame Zulu (ranked 2 p4p, 3 weight class). Maluga comes to the cage accompanied by JUNGLE. Zulu has chosen Big Badaboom as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Zulu. Maluga shrugs it off though.
Maluga misses with a straight left.
It seemed like Zulu was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Zulu uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
It looks like Kilo Maluga has been cut.
Zulu punishes Maluga's body with a nice straight punch.
Zulu lands a nice leg kick that just misses Maluga's sensitive parts.

Zulu looks to land a right hand but Maluga moved out of range.
Zulu tries to land a front kick but Maluga steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

A slapping leg kick lands for Maluga.
A bone on bone clash there as Maluga blocks the leg kick.
A counter left hand to the body from Maluga misses its target.
Zulu throws a lazy uppercut
and Maluga counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Maluga lands with a hook. Zulu tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Zulu misses with a looping right.
Zulu steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Maluga. That one must have hurt.
Zulu looks winded!
A big right from Maluga misses.
Maluga lands with a kick to the ribs.
Maluga goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Maluga connects with an inside leg kick.
Zulu throws the kick towards the body but Maluga avoids it.
Maluga is looking to counter with a body kick.
Maluga fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Zulu on the side of the head.
That has opened up Kvame Zulu's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Maluga cracks Zulu with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Maluga has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Zulu to stand back up!
Zulu is rocked!
The cut above Kvame Zulu's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Zulu leaves his chin hanging out and Maluga seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Zulu crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kilo Maluga!
A relieved looking Kilo Maluga thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
