Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Jackson (ranked 1973 p4p, 3104 weight class) and Darry Curtis (ranked 247 p4p, 375 weight class). Jackson's entrance music is Ladies & Gentlemen. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Curtis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jackson.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Curtis has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Curtis uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jackson has time to react.

Curtis drops Jackson with a huge uppercut! Jackson drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Curtis is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
