Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Bangsit (ranked 497 p4p, 380 weight class) and Mikhail Orlov (ranked 73 p4p, 62 weight class). Mikhail Orlov has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Andy Bangsit's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 27 - 2, fighting out of London, Andy Bangsit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mikhail Orlov!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Donald Grub.

and Bangsit counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bangsit.
Orlov makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Bangsit is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Orlov is defending well.

Orlov prevents a takedown attempt there.
We've been hearing reports that Bangsit has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Orlov lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bangsit backwards.

Bangsit has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Orlov wants to control the pace but Bangsit is squirming around nicely.
Bangsit sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Orlov looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bangsit goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Orlov rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bangsit's guard! Nice work there by Orlov!
Bangsit will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Orlov is taking a breather. Bangsit says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Well Orlov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
