Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Juan Diaz (ranked 19492 p4p, 21570 weight class) and Tom Baker (ranked 501 p4p, 499 weight class). Baker comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Steve Blackman WWE theme kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juan Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tom Baker! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Baker checks a leg kick. Diaz digs a good body shot into Baker's ribs. Diaz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tom Baker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Diaz lands with a kick to the temple. Baker shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Tom Baker has been cut. Diaz attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Baker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Diaz was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Juan Diaz is winning the standup battle so far. Baker on the wrong end of a nice jab. Diaz scores with a leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Diaz, as that shot connected.
Baker throws a hook to the side of Diaz's head but Diaz sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Baker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Baker stalks Diaz and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Diaz's face. Diaz staggers backwards, shaken. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Diaz lands with a good body shot. Baker ducks under a wild hook from Diaz. Baker is looking for the big counter here. Baker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Diaz misses with a hook to the ribs.

Diaz eats them both and turns towards Baker to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. The fighters circling - Baker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
