Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Red Crow (ranked 1729 p4p, 3454 weight class) and Sergio Vargas (ranked 247 p4p, 429 weight class). Vargas comes into a darkened arena with his song building. a warrior's call kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Red Crow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sergio Vargas!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vargas scores with a jab. Crow acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Vargas wants to clinch.
Crow half committed to a counter leg kick.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Vargas enables Crow to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Vargas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vargas can do anything to dispel that myth.

Vargas closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Vargas throws a shot from downtown. Crow moves away and avoids it.
A quick step to the side and Crow tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Vargas takes a jab right on the kisser.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Crow in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Vargas looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Crow turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

Red Crow very nearly forgot to thank Conviction amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
