Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Darren Dixon (ranked 437 p4p, 427 weight class) and Lincoln Storm (ranked 51 p4p, 48 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Lincoln Storm enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Darren Dixon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 9 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lincoln Storm!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm misses with the combination.
Storm throws a chopping leg kick but Dixon manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
A shot to the body from Storm misses
and Dixon counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Good leg kick by Storm.
Dixon tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Storm defends well and Dixon ends up having to push Storm into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Dixon is looking to break free of the clinch but Storm has double underhooks.

Dixon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Storm moves away.

Lincoln Storm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters circling - Storm throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Dixon half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Storm looks to score with a jab to the body but Dixon is just out of range.
Dixon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Dixon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Storm wants to slow Dixon down by chopping away at his legs.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Storm enables Dixon to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Storm manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Storm has his foot on Dixon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dixon works his way back into a safe position though.
Dixon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Storm's guard.
Storm is staying active underneath Dixon, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dixon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It seemed like Storm was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Dixon feints a jab promting Storm to slip. Dixon then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Storm slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Dixon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Storm avoids it really well and circles away.
Dixon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Storm moves away.

Storm bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dixon's head backwards.

Dixon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

I would just about give that final round to Lincoln Storm.
I think Storm has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
