Vieira comes to the cage accompanied by Bullet The Blue Sky. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Nice jab there from Vieira.
Vieira scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Vieira scores with a jab. Lynch acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Lynch on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

The fighters circle momentarily. Vieira darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Vieira bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Vieira is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lynch is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Lynch is trying to control Vieira's posture but Vieira avoids it.
Lynch really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vieira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lynch can do anything to dispel that myth.

Vieira is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lynch looks calm but he's in trouble here. Vieira gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lynch is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Vieira lets go of the hold and Lynch can pop his arm back in it's socket.
