The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Holmes Jr blocks a jab.
Hammer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Holmes Jr to counter with a crisp jab.
Holmes Jr takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hammer throws a hook but Holmes Jr avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hammer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
It seemed like Holmes Jr was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Hammer feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Holmes Jr collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

Thor Hammer was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
