The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparrow misses with a wild body shot.
Sparrow throws a jab but it's blocked by King.
King shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

King ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
King connects with a nice looking jab.

King attempts a counter takedown but Sparrow avoids it well and moves away.
King bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Sparrow ducks right into an uppercut from King.
King looking to score a takedown here. Sparrow is defending well but King drives through and ends up in Sparrow's guard.

King lands a couple of elbows.
Sparrow looking to hit a scissor sweep but King is one step ahead there.
King has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
King content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
