Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcelo Costa De Andrade (ranked 283 p4p, 392 weight class) and James Quin (ranked 40 p4p, 52 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 26 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Marcelo Costa De Andrade! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Quin! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! De Andrade paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like James Quin has been cut. Some wild striking there from De Andrade.
De Andrade throws a right and a left that Quin avoids nicely. Quin appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Quin swings for the body but De Andrade moves out of range.
Quin fakes a jab and throws a low kick but De Andrade checks it well. De Andrade throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Quin. De Andrade lands a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Quin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by De Andrade.

De Andrade is rocked! De Andrade takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Nice defenses there by De Andrade. De Andrade on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Oh De Andrade is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A big right from De Andrade misses. Quin throws a body punch but De Andrade moves out of range. De Andrade swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. De Andrade slips a jab from Quin. Quin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. De Andrade sees it coming and avoids it easily. De Andrade throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Quin looks like he wants to counter punch here. Quin is on the wrong end of a nice combination from De Andrade. The fighters circling - Quin throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Quin moves away from the strike by De Andrade.

and De Andrade takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Quin swings widly with a right hand
and De Andrade counters with a series of strikes. Quin will be more careful next time no doubt. De Andrade tries to clinch but fails miserably and Quin counters with a nice leg kick. De Andrade displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Quin throws out the jab. Quin throws a lazy uppercut

Quin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Marcelo Costa De Andrade dominated that round. The cut man is working on James Quin's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! De Andrade thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Quin to his feet! Quin is in big trouble! Quin is still on wobbly legs! Can De Andrade finish him? De Andrade throws a right and a left that Quin avoids nicely. Quin seems to have recovered his senses. Quin swings and misses with a shot to the body and De Andrade counters with a series of strikes. Quin will be more careful next time no doubt. Quin throws a lazy right hand but De Andrade sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. De Andrade sizes up Quin with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

De Andrade bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. De Andrade quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. That's three minutes gone in the round. A lazy left from Quin finds it's target. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Quin lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and De Andrade has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from De Andrade and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. De Andrade scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A swing and a miss from Quin. De Andrade misses with a head kick.
Quin throws a big counter head kick but De Andrade avoids it with no problem. De Andrade moves out of range of the strikes. Quin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract De Andrade. Quin loads up on a big right hand but De Andrade slips the punch. De Andrade throwing a counter right hand but Quin manages to avoid it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. De Andrade wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. De Andrade scores with a sloppy right hand. Quin should have avoided that one. Good leg kick by Quin. De Andrade throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A swing and a miss from De Andrade. Quin throws a looping overhand right but De Andrade ducks down to avoid it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. That was a close second round but I would say that Marcelo Costa De Andrade will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on James Quin's cut. OK. That's time! Quin tries to keep at a distance but De Andrade has taken the fight into the clinch. Marcelo Costa De Andrade is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. De Andrade misses with a short punch on the inside.
And that's the end of the fight! Marcelo Costa De Andrade showed his dominance in that final round. Well De Andrade has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today.
