Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hallis Mollen (ranked 384 p4p, 1343 weight class) and Patrick River (ranked 53 p4p, 200 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mollen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rise Against - Like the Angel. River has chosen Pantera - Walk as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Hallis Mollen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Hallis Mollen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from River tenderised Mollen's leg. Mollen is trying to keep his angry face on.

It looked like Mollen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from River lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mollen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mollen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Mollen might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
