Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Beach (ranked 298 p4p, 412 weight class) and Tony Stark (ranked 53 p4p, 67 weight class). Sammy Beach could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tony Stark's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sammy Beach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tony Stark! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Winston Howard and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Beach throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Stark closes this distance looking for a takedown but Beach circles away. A slow jab from Beach misses its intended target. Stark tries for a takedown but Beach sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Beach throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Beach moves into the clinch. Stark wants a takedown but no success here.
Sammy Beach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Stark. Beach lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Stark tries to land knees in the clinch but Beach avoids the damage to the body. Beach lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Beach lands an elbow that stopped Stark in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Tony Stark has been cut. Stark is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Beach gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. A nice glancing elbow lands by Beach. Stark is trying to pull guard but Beach turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Beach lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Beach lands a hook that snaps the head of Stark backwards. Stark is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Beach is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stark tries for a takedown but Beach manages to get underhooks.
Stark is looking to take this one to the mat. Beach works on Stark's body with a couple of short punches. A shot in the inside from Beach. Beach working some nice short punches in the clinch. Nice elbow from Beach. Stark tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Beach smiles and moves away.
Stark looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Stark has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Stark throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
This has been an exciting period of action! Stark looking to finish with strikes here!
Beach knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stark on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stark looking to ground and pound but Beach is blocking nicely. Beach defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Stark. Beach regains half guard. Beach moves into full guard.
Stark stands up over Beach, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Stark postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Stark drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Beach dives on top into guard.
Stark looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Stark looking to hit a scissor sweep but Beach is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beach avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Stark has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stark is looking for a triangle here but Beach uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Beach taking a breather here. Beach tries to stand but Stark is controlling his head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Beach postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Stark tries to get back to half guard but can't. Stark manages to work his way to half guard, despite Beach's best efforts. Beach slows the pace down in half guard. Stark moves into full guard.
Stark working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Beach doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Beach manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Stark has his foot on Beach's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Beach works his way back into a safe position though. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sammy Beach dominated that round. The cut man is working on Tony Stark's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Stark tries to keep at a distance but Beach has taken the fight into the clinch. Stark's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Stark drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stark wants to take the fight to the mat but Beach manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Beach gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Stark.
Sammy Beach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Stark. Beach lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Stark backwards. Beach comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
That has opened up Tony Stark's cut even more. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice elbow from Beach. Stark jumps guard but Beach turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Stark has clasped his hands together around Beach's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Beach is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Stark working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beach tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Stark wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Stark tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Stark swings around for an armbar but Beach sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Stark's guard. Stark is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stark throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Beach decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Beach is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stark can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beach clinches up with Stark and pushes him back against the cage. Stark tries for a takedown but Beach manages to get underhooks.
Stark tries to pull guard but Beach forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Stark drags the fight down to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beach avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Beach stays in close to Stark's body and controls the position. Stark is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Beach rolls with it to try and escape but Stark cranks on the arm and Beach is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
