Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Ramirez (ranked 23760 p4p, 6586 weight class) and Rick Segura (ranked 674 p4p, 646 weight class). Ramirez comes to the cage accompanied by Kill vs Maim. Rick Segura is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez misses with an uppercut.

Rick Segura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramirez shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Segura closes the distance and pushes Ramirez back into the cage.

It looks like Rick Segura has been cut.

Segura shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ramirez is trying to defend but Segura finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Segura is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ramirez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Segura can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Segura looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ramirez with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Oh Ramirez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Segura lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Ramirez! More strikes land and this one is all over! Segura jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

A victorious Rick Segura thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
The defeated Sebastian Ramirez had this to say: 'Very frustrating we had a great camp. I need to up my game and focus harder sorry Maribelle I hate letting you down baby.'.
