Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jaxon Bremner (ranked 1320 p4p, 1915 weight class) and Jason Behar (ranked 157 p4p, 213 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Behar catches Bremner right on the button with a cross.
Bremner changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Bremner tries to counter with a takedown but Behar is quick to defend against it.
Bremner swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bremner swings for the body but Behar moves out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bremner lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Behar or not.
Bremner blocking some punches.
Behar blocks the elbow strike.

Bremner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Behar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bremner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bremner has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Behar. Oh but Bremner has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Behar goes limp - he's gone! Bremner jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
