Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dick Pawlik (ranked 473 p4p, 529 weight class) and No Way (ranked 56 p4p, 65 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Dick Pawlik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, No Way!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pawlik closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Way did well to prevent Pawlik getting side control.
Way manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Pawlik keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Pawlik drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Way gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Pawlik lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Pawlik keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Way's efforts to push away.
Pawlik stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Pawlik tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Way's elbow.
Way blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Pawlik shoots for a double leg takedown but Way sprawls well. He's pushed Pawlik's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Pawlik isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Way stacks Pawlik on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Way!
Way looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Pawlik is avoiding damage well.
Pawlik is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Way off and has taken his back!
