The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hopkins thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Romeo if he has to take too many more of those.

Hopkins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Hopkins lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Hopkins feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Romeo sprawling to the canvas! Romeo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hopkins finish him?!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hopkins circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Romeo tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Hopkins wins by KO!

Giuseppe Hopkins decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
