Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rod De Minaur (ranked 327 p4p, 1272 weight class) and Ricky Youngblood (ranked 41 p4p, 148 weight class). De Minaur's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Seek and Destroy . Youngblood has chosen Wake Up Hate as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rod De Minaur could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ricky Youngblood's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rod De Minaur!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ricky Youngblood!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Minaur fakes the leg kick and cracks Youngblood in the body.
Youngblood ducks down and throws a hook to the body but De Minaur moves away.
De Minaur scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Youngblood has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
De Minaur steps in with a hook that catches Youngblood right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! De Minaur follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Youngblood looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rod De Minaur!
